Job responsibilities: 
  •  Be an expert in the programmatic space by owning the current products and be a valuable resource for the internal team to support on-going projects & initiatives.
  •  Participate in the evaluation & vetting of new publishers, digital vendors, and ad tech providers.
  •  Support in developing the programmatic product across emerging channels i.e CTV, Audio, PDOOH & Video.
  •  Produce regular insights to Agency partners detailing seasonal trends, and data-driven recommendations & best practices. Aid in the development of collateral, case studies, best practices, benchmarks across our programmatic buying
  •  Continuous alignment with our tech partners on training sessions for the agencies to enhance their capabilities, stay up-to-date on latest industry trends & platform updates and betas.
  •  Assist the team with executing and evolving programmatic product strategy and direction.
  •  Oversee product performance, generate reports, and present performance analysis to internal stakeholder to ensure quality assurance
  •  Continually acquire knowledge by maintaining relationships with key programmatic vendors
  •  Set up, monitor and optimize inventory on various supply platforms, ie. SSP and curation platforms
  •  Ensure all relevant agency stakeholders are up-to-date in required platform certifications & keeping track of progress.
  
Ideal candidate should have: 
  
  •  Market-leading knowledge of digital advertising and programmatic ecosystem, with 2+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic operations & campaign management.
  •  A good understanding of the programmatic ecosystem which includes programmatic tech - SSPs/ ad exchanges, DSPs, ad servers, and data providers
  •  In-depth knowledge of media vendors, platforms, verification partners and DSPs such as Display and Video 360, the Trade Desk, Amazon, etc.
  •  Familiarity of running campaigns through various buying and deal types including OMP, PMP, programmatic guaranteed with the ability to differentiate each
  •  Outstanding analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills; sharp attention to detail.
  •  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  •  Good communication & verbal skills
  •  Ability to proactively organize daily task
  •  Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
  •  Positive team player with a strong passion to programmatic & ad tech.
